And she is up! Caris marked independence day by learning how to sit up on her own. This is by far one of my favorite stages; now she spends her time looking at toys instead of the ceiling. I may trip her when she starts to crawl to keep her here a little longer.
Here she is proud of her new accomplishment.
Liam celebrated the 4th by helping me make this cake.
And she is moving! Her walker is one of the favored "containers." Hands down a winner over the exersaucer.
And she is eating! I still don't give her much, but we have been experimenting with different foods: peas and carrots are a favorite, pears not so much! How could I not feed those two new teeth.
Her love for food is apparent in her "healthy" thighs.
Aunt Ri-Ri mentioned this in the comments. Her mohawk is pretty cute. She doesn't have much hair, but what she does she wears well.
Classic sibling shot. Liam requests these shots, so we will probably post a lot.
Liam has been busy at summer camp. He is learning to garden, geography and how to apply henna.
Who knew that Robin also likes the color pink. The pink shirt was from his end of year school carnival and since Steve, Liam and I were all required to get one, he wears it often so that we can all be "matchers". Caris almost always in pink, so it was a fortunate coincidence.
